uRGENT cOMMUNICATIONS
Purpose: To ensure that when an urgent communication request is made, the greater communication team at [organization] meets to discuss an organization-wide statement within 12 hours of the request. If a statement is agreed upon, it is created within 24 hours of the request and is disseminated to the appropriate community and/or posted on the external communication channels (social media, website, blog, etc.)
ORGANIZATIONAL CHARTS
Purpose: To ensure staff is aware of how to access organizational charts through Paylocity. Organizational charts are communicated with staff and updated on Internal Intranet on a quarterly basis. Staff are able to request organizational charts to share with stakeholders.
aLL stAFF mEETINGS
Purpose: To ensure the All Staff Meetings are an effective and reliable communication channel for the organization and equitably reach all staff members.
aLL stAFF cOMMUNICATIONS
Purpose: To ensure that all All Staff emails (announcements and information intended for all employees) are reviewed and scheduled in a timely and synchronized fashion.
